How to Use:
As a lip balm: Apply a thin layer to the lips and press them together for even distribution.
As a lip mask: Apply a generous layer to lips (a small pea size is ideal) before bedtime or as needed. Press lips together for even distribution.
Using the provided spoon, scoop out a pea-sized amount of the lip mask and smooth an even layer on clean, dry lips.
Reapply whenever desired.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons and major sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

We use Re:do Unlimited Returns & Exchanges as our return and exchange support system.
If you purchased Re:do at checkout, your return shipping is covered through Re:do.
If Re:do was not added to your order, you may be responsible for return shipping or return label costs.
International orders may be returned at the customer's expense.
Clearance, final-sale, and discounted defect collection products, as well as digital products such as eBooks, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you choose not to add ROUTE Package Protection, please note that Mink Envy Lashes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. In those cases, claims will need to be filed directly with the postal carrier.
