Refunds & Returns

Mink Envy offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit or an exchange.

Refunds to the original payment method may be issued on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive incorrect, defective, or damaged.

Return shipping with Re:do

We use Re:do Unlimited Returns & Exchanges as our return and exchange support system.

If you purchased Re:do at checkout, your return shipping is covered through Re:do. If Re:do was not added to your order, you may be responsible for return shipping or return label costs.

We only cover return shipping when we made an error or the item arrived defective or damaged. International orders may be returned at the customer's expense.

Non-returnable items

Clearance, final-sale, and discounted defect collection products, as well as digital products such as eBooks, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
