Processing & Shipping times
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, and then shipped. Shipping within the United States usually arrive in 2-4 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 10-15 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, we do not process, or ship orders on weekends, or public holidays.
Orders made during Major Holidays such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday or any Major Sales may incur delays due to the influx of orders and can take as long as 5 business days to ship.
Please double check your shipping information, before placing your order. Mink Envy Lashes, cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, or lost due to customer error.

Refunds & Returns
We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your order. Mink Envy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused, unopened merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a $4 return label fee will be charged per order for refunds and exchanges.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for something else, you can use our return & exchange platform to check availability and initiate an exchange. However, please be aware that clearance or discounted defect collection products and digital products such as eBooks are non-refundable.
We only cover return shipping in the event that we made an error or the product is defective or damaged. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us at Info@minkenvylashes.com.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
Lost or Stolen Package? No worries! We have partnered with ROUTE Package Protection to offer shipping protection during checkout. ROUTE protects against Theft, Damages from Transit and Lost Packages to ensure your shipping experience is Top tier and Stress free. ROUTE Protection is Automatically added to your cart. In the event that you decide to remove it from your order, please be aware that you are waiving protection of your order and in the event that any issues arise, only the postal carrier will be able to provide resolution.
If you added "ROUTE Package Protection" to your order. You can file a claim here directly through ROUTE to see if you qualify for either a refund or reshipment of a new order.
In the event that you DECLINED ROUTE Package Protection and you need help, please email us at Info@minkenvylashes.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in filing a claim with the postal carrier directly.
Also note, USPS may often mark packages as delivered early but will actually deliver the next business day.
Mink Envy does not hold or accept responsibility for package claims that have been denied due to a successful delivery report by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, reshipment or credits for packages with denied claims.

Only one discount code can be used per order. If a code isn't working it's either invalid or is not valid during sales where discounts are automatically applied to products.
Discounts that cannot be used during automatically applied discount sales can be used when there is not a sale active. Your code will remain good to use after the automated sale is over.
