Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

All Orders have Shipsurance Package Protection included. Shipsurance Package Protection protects against Theft, Damages from Transit and Lost Packages to ensure your shipping experience is Top tier and Stress free. You must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date to for us to file a claim with Shipsurance for reshipments or refunds. We will assist you in working with Shipsurance to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 20 days to complete.
Mink Envy does not hold or accept responsibility for package claims that have been denied due to a successful delivery report by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, reshipment or credits for packages with denied claims. 
If you need to file a claim. Please email Info@minkenvylashes.com with your order number and reason for the claim. 
Also note, USPS may often mark packages as delivered early but will actually deliver the next business day.
