Route Package Protection

Package Protection is optional and can be added at checkout for extra peace of mind.

We've partnered with ROUTE to help cover eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages while they're in transit.

If you add ROUTE Package Protection at checkout and an issue comes up, you can file a claim directly with ROUTE at https://claims.route.com/ to see if your order qualifies for a refund or reshipment.

If you choose not to add ROUTE Package Protection, please note that Mink Envy Lashes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. In those cases, claims will need to be filed directly with the postal carrier.

Please note: USPS may occasionally mark a package as delivered before it arrives. If that happens, we recommend allowing one additional business day for delivery.
