Pre-Order Policy

We do not currently have any active pre-order products. This policy applies when pre-order items are listed on our site.

Pre-order items are charged upfront so we can reserve your item. Each pre-order product page will include its estimated ship date.

You may cancel any time before the estimated ship date by emailing info@minkenvylashes.com. Cancellations made before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item(s) arrive. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

Once your pre-order ships, our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies. Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange through our Re:do returns portal.
