Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed before 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday, may ship the same day when possible, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Free U.S. Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to U.S. orders over $25 at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (after the order has shipped)

United States: 2–5 business days
International: 10–15 business days
European Union: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of Mink Envy Lashes.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak shopping periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and major sales), processing may take up to 5 business days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Mink Envy Lashes is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or lost due to customer input errors.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
