Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a refund for those products will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Defective or damaged items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of delivery. If the product is deemed defective or damaged by Mink Envy Lashes, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
