SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM (ONLY VALID FOR DOMESTIC/USA ORDERS)
How often will my orders be shipped?
Your Mink Envy monthly subscription will be sent out as often as you wish! Most of our customers choose every 30 days.
You can choose between every 30, 60, or 90 days. Your subscription renews based on the date you start your subscription. Your order will ship out shortly after your subscription purchase.
Free shipping is only available for domestic orders and subscriptions are only available to customers in the U.S.
What savings do I get for signing up for subscription?
You will receive 20% off every shipment, plus FREE shipping on every auto-delivery/subscription.
If I cancel my subscription, does this cancel my order as well?
Subscriptions are set for a minimum of one charge/delivery before you are able to cancel. After your first charge/delivery, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees.
If your subscription is cancelled within 24 hours of being received your order will be cancelled as well.
While you may have gone into your account to cancel your subscription, your order has most likely already been processed. In order to cancel without shipment interruption, please contact us at Info@minkenvylashes.com
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Your subscription can be managed online in your account, or you can contact our customer support team to help you modify your subscription any time at Info@minkenvylashes.com
Please note: Orders are processed immediately. You are eligible to cancel your subscription after your second charge/delivery, however, if a subscription order has already been processed that shipment will be shipped and billed to you accordingly and your subscription will be cancelled for all future shipments.
How do I skip my monthly subscription?
Going out of town, haven't had a chance to enjoy your lashes yet, we get it. Don't worry, you can easily skip a shipment in your account online, or contact us and we'll help you skip a future subscription shipment.

When will I be billed?
You will be billed when your Mink Envy subscription is shipped out.
Can I return or exchange my lash subscription once recieved?
Mink Envy offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. We want you to love our products, If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, you can return for a refund or an exchange for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from arrival of the order. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for any return-shipping fee.
If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to Info@minkenvylashes.com within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
How do I swap my lash style?
If you want to change your lash, adhesive or gloss log into your account to manage your subscriptions. You can swap your product(s) as often as you wish and manage all your orders here.
How do I update my payment information for my subscription?
