Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, and then shipped. Shipping within the United States usually arrive in 2-5 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 10-15 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, we do not process, or ship orders on weekends, or public holidays.
Orders made during Major Holidays such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday or any Major Sales may incur delays due to the influx of orders and can take as long as 5 business days to ship.

We want you to love our products, If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, you can return for a refund or an exchange for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from arrival of the order. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for any return-shipping fee.
Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a refund for those products will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Note, the shipping fee to an order is non - refundable.
If an item may be considered defective or damaged, please email Info@minkenvylashes.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and Photos/Videos of The Product. Defective or damaged items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of delivery. If the product is deemed defective or damaged by Mink Envy Lashes, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. If you have any issues with your order please contact us, we are happy to resolve the issue.
Digital Products such as Ebooks are Non refundable.
