At Mink Envy Lashes, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday, may ship the same day when possible, though same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons and major sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

- European Union: 7–12 business days

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your delivery. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to help your order arrive without delay.

Mink Envy offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit or an exchange.
Refunds to the original payment method may be issued on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive incorrect, defective, or damaged.
We use Re:do Unlimited Returns & Exchanges as our return and exchange support system.
If you purchased Re:do at checkout, your return shipping is covered through Re:do.
If Re:do was not added to your order, you may be responsible for return shipping or return label costs.
International orders may be returned at the customer's expense.
Clearance, final-sale, and discounted defect collection products, as well as digital products such as eBooks, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We've partnered with ROUTE to help cover eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages while they're in transit.
If you add ROUTE Package Protection at checkout and an issue comes up, you can file a claim directly with ROUTE at https://claims.route.com/ to see if your order qualifies for a refund or reshipment.
If you choose not to add ROUTE Package Protection, please note that Mink Envy Lashes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. In those cases, claims will need to be filed directly with the postal carrier.
Please note: USPS may occasionally mark a package as delivered before it arrives. If that happens, we recommend allowing one additional business day for delivery.
