Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, and then shipped. Shipping within the United States usually arrive in 2-5 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 10-15 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, we do not process, or ship orders on weekends, or public holidays.

Orders made during Major Holidays such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday or any Major Sales may incur delays due to the influx of orders and can take as long as 5 business days to ship.

Mink Envy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused, unopened merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a $4 return label fee will be charged per order for refunds and exchanges.

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for something else, you can use our return & exchange platform to check availability and initiate an exchange. However, please be aware that clearance or discounted defect collection products and digital products such as eBooks are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Package? No worries! We have partnered with ROUTE Package Protection to offer shipping protection during checkout. In the event that you decide to remove it from your order, please be aware that you are waiving protection of your order and in the event that any issues arise, only the postal carrier will be able to provide resolution.

Also note, USPS may often mark packages as delivered early but will actually deliver the next business day.
